By checking the “I give permission to use images of this order in social media and marketing” box during checkout or on the product page, you agree to the following:

You grant Magnet Booth a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish photos of the customized products you ordered (including images you uploaded) for the following purposes:

  • Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest)

  • Website galleries or product listings

  • Marketing materials (digital and print)

🔹 What We Will Never Do

  • We will not use your full name or other personal information without your explicit written permission.

  • We will not resell or redistribute your images in any form other than for promotional use of Magnet Booth products.

  • If your images include identifiable people (especially children), we will use extra discretion and only feature them with clear, respectful context.

🔹 Your Rights

  • You retain full ownership of your photos.

  • You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting us at hello@magnetbooth.com, and we will promptly remove the images from any future use.

By consenting, you confirm:

  • You have the legal right to share the photos you provide.

  • You understand your image may be used for promotional purposes.

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent/guardian if underage.
